Our Management Team
Ryan Valenti
Ryan started United Conveyor Service in 2019 when he noticed a hole in the industry where the old school mentality of repairs and installations was missing. After succeeding in starting his Service Department, he expanded and started United Electrical Solutions (2023), which bridged the gap between millwrights and electricians.
Now Ryan and UCS have the capacity and capabilities to offer our clients turnkey services. From design, through manufacturing, to installation and commissioning, UCS is your preferred partner.
Kayla Marchesano
Kayla is a minority owner of UCS & UES and is Ryan’s sister. She has grown professionally through finance and the banking industry. She has successfully assisted Ryan in starting 2 companies from the ground up. Kayla has singlehandedly taken UCS and UES into another level through her unwavering back office support and mastery of finance.
Alex Bostick
Alex is the Director of Operations for our UCS Service Team. Alex is a former helicopter mechanic in the United States Army. While enlisted and deployed to combat, Alex grew as a leader and learned how to critically think when the pressure is on and we have a mission-critical event.
Alex has developed his team into the quick thinking and proactive group of future leaders within UCS. He is guiding our team into the future.
Dean Stubbs
Dean is our Operations Manager and he is also our Master Electrician & qualifier. Dean has an extensive background in electrical and millwright work. He has the skills and dedication to lead UCS into the future of having a combination of electrical and mechanical conveying systems. Dean is also a former UPS Building and Systems Engineering mechanic from the Florida District.
Marcus Browning
Marcus is our Installation Manager, and he has been installing material handling systems for over 30 years.
Marcus’ focus is to teach our young upcoming talent the old way and the new way of conveyor installations. He also oversees multiple installations, demolitions, people, and equipment. Marcus is the epitome of years of experience and knowledge.
Jason Hunt
Jason is our Senior Project Manager with decades of material handling, operations, and facilities experience. He is a former United States Air Force C-130 mechanic, comes with a B.S. in Aeronautics, an Airframe & Powerplant License, and 20 years in the conveying industry.
Jason spent 18 years with UPS and lastly in the UPS East Region Projects where he oversaw the projects from inception, through design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and C of O.
